Therapy With Louise
Do you find yourself putting on a cheerful front for your friends and family? Perhaps you’ve noticed that you constantly give to others but get little in return. I work with people, who for whatever reason, have had to pack away their feelings for a long time- and are now noticing them bubble up in the form of anger, regret or low self esteem. You may be struggling to form deeper, genuine connections and find that you are isolating yourself from others because it feels safer, less complicated. If you identify as a people pleaser, find it difficult to put in boundaries and struggle with low self-worth, I could be able to help you.
You may also be the parent of a young person who struggles to socialise and ends up isolating themselves. Perhaps you are looking for someone neutral, for them to open up to and can help them navigate a world that can feel hostile or scary.
A Bit About Me
As a recovering people pleaser myself, I know how exhausting it is. I’m passionate about living authentically and unapologetically. I’ve worked with a huge range of people and regard it as a huge privilege to accompany people on their journey to self- acceptance. When you work with me, we slowly peel back the onion layers and take a look at who your really are.
As well as being a therapist, I’m a qualified coach and workshop facilitator. I love nothing more than to be out in nature, being silly on the Improv stage and having meaningful conversations.
